Chesapeake Healthcare Planning provides unsurpassed transition planning services to ensure a smooth migration to future spaces for patients, staff and equipment. Our Transition Management Team works closely with clients to develop a robust transition plan that includes:
Synchronized relocation planning of equipment and personnel
Scheduling of pre-move, move and post-move activities
A “faces-to-spaces” plan that identifies staff and their belongings at their final destination
Day-in-the-life training exercises to prepare staff for future equipment use and new processes
In addition to Logistics & Warehousing, Chesapeake Healthcare Planning provides skilled equipment staging, delivery & installation services. We monitor & manage the construction schedule to ensure proper equipment phasing for all Owner/Contractor & Vendor installations.
This review includes all mechanical, plumbing & electrical (MEP) requirements are met based on the equipment planned for the project. Chesapeake Healthcare Planning manages & submits the project “Punch List” on the client’s behalf to ensure all outstanding issues are coordinated & resolved.
We are the single liaison between the client and all other entities on the project.
